Owners live on site in the main home, but the Airbnb is private. The apartment is above the garage on Churchill St, accessed from a private gate and courtyard on E. Montgomery St.

The unit has an open layout and plenty of living space, perfect for exploring Butchers Hill, Canton, and Fells Point. The waterfront promenade is an easy walk downhill and provides access to many of Baltimore's best sights. Patterson Park (one of the top city parks in the nation) is located directly across the street. *Please note that if you are taller than 6 foot 4 you might find the ceilings a bit low.

The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums. There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Access ramp available. No steps in studio. We only host via Airbnb.
