Charming studio to rent in a lovely historical district of Montmartre/ Moulin-Rouge, lively neighbourhood, plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. It is about 50 meters from the famous "cafe de Deux Moulin" where the famous film "Amélie" was set. The Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Coeur are about a five minutes walk away from the studio. Every Sunday the sector becomes a traffic-free zone. A 14 sqm renovated studio for one person. Set on the courtyard side of the building, it is very quiet and sunny on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. Kitchen is fitted with an electric induction cooker, a fridge with a frizzer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Cleaning, and linen are included in the rate. You will find all types of shops at 20 meters by foot ( supermarkets, bakery, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, etc... ) Transport : Metro (n°2 - 12 - 13) Metro stations - Abbesses, Blanche, Place Clichy. Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

We are very excited to welcome you in our home. It is located in a very quiet street, in a typical paved passage near Montmartre. Our place was refurbished in May 2024 with high quality materials. All appliances, the bed, sofa, mattress and linen are new. This exceptional space, located in Montmartre, was first a painter's studio before becoming a charming apartment. On one side, the living room offers a view of Amélie Poulain's grocery store.
