Appartement très mignon et lumineux en face du port de l’Arsenal. Endroit stratégique et central : Bastille et le marais sont à quelques minutes à pied. C’est aussi pas loin de 3 principales gares ( Gare de Lyon, Gare d’Austerliz, Gare de Bercy ). Il a été refait à neuf il y a 2 ans et est situé au 3ème étage. C’est vraiment mon appartement de résidence, je vous prie de le traiter avec amour 🥰
