Das herrliche Apartment befindet sich in einem ruhigen 2-Parteien-Haus zu absolut zentraler Lage. Dazu können 50 m² Garten direkt am Haus genutzt werden (Grillen, Pool).

Unsere neu sanierte Whg. befindet sich in einem Haus mit 4 Wohneinheiten. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über einen separaten Eingang. Das Haus liegt ruhig, am Ortsrand, nahe dem Wald, in einer Nebenstrasse. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen, z.B. ins Hohe Venn oder den Eifelsteig, auch für Ausflüge ins benachbarte Belgien oder der Niederlande perfekt gelegen. Nach Aachen, Monschau oder zum Rursee in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Direkt an der Radroute Ravel mit 125 KM, von Aachen bis Belgien und in die Eifel.
