Haven on the Hill is located just minutes from downtown Abbotsford, the Abbotsford Airport, UFV, ARHCC, Rogers Forum, and only 1 km from the Trans-Canada Highway #1 - Exit 87.

Come enjoy a cozy tiny home getaway with stunning views! The kitchen has all the basics you’ll need for cooking, and you’ll sleep like a dream on the super comfy queen Endy mattress in the loft. Unwind by your own private outdoor fire pit, or head out to explore the endless hiking and biking trails just steps away. Golf courses, wedding venues, restaurants, breweries, and great shopping are all just a short drive from the property. No TV , so please bring your own device to connect our our wifi.

Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Our cozy and comfortable 2-bedroom ground floor guest suite with indoor fireplace and office space is a great vacation home for a getaway with your friends and family. This suite is a great option for business travelers, students and families. This home provides easy access to Hwy 1, Mission, USA Border and is just minutes from walking trails, golf courses and Castle Fun Park. Conveniently located minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and under 10 min drive to Sevenoaks Shopping Mall.

Hatzic Lake Carriage House

Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No parties & no visitors.

We welcome you to 'le petit bonheur' (little happiness). Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. If travelling with your dog, I request a one-time $30 pet fee for your stay. Linens washed with scent-free detergent

Located just 10 minutes away from Abbotsford International Airport by vehicle, this 1 bedroom underground basement suite (naturally on the cooler side) features new appliances and your own parking spot monitored by cameras. There are stairs going down to the basement, so please be sure you are good with stairs before booking. Kitchen essentials are included, and beds include 1 double and 1 single bed side-by-side. NO CHILDREN, NO SMOKING & NO PETS. TWO OCCUPANTS MAX ONLY PLEASE.

A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service.
