The apartment is on the first floor, it’s open plan lounge with smart TV, kitchen area with modern appliances, one bedroom (1 double and 1 single bed) and a shower room, the shower cubicle has a height restriction. With nice big walk in shower, stand alone bath, large HD TV, and a decking area that hosts a BBQ and a Fire pit 1 king bed 1 single bed Please Note: this is my house that I live in, so when booked, I completely clean and ‘flip’ the house to be immaculate for your arrival. So once booked you will have full run of the house, though some of my personal items will be stored in cupboards and closets.

The property is in a great location which has a lot of amenities from lots of convenience stores and takeaways and great transport links such as the A470 and Abercynon train station is close by. The property is located on the main road and you can park your car by the side of the pavement.

Located 1.5 miles north of Pontypridd town centre, high up on top of Graigwen Hill, the perfect place to explore South Wales with walks directly from the door. The property is part of an active smallholding, the full land mostly used to graze horses. The cottages backs onto a large field where our Highland Cattle graze.
