This recently renovated Welsh cottage with original features, modern appliances and cosy woodburner is situated above the village of Garndolbenmaen, near Porthmadog. This is a perfect, secluded, romantic retreat for two situated along a quiet lane with stunning panoramic westerly views over Cardigan Bay and the Llyn peninsula. The cottage is well-placed to explore Snowdon (30 minutes away), the Llyn peninsula (right in front of you) and the quiet coves and beaches of Anglesey (30 minutes away).

Our cosy (heated) shepherd's hut is a great retreat for anyone who wishes to escape to the countryside. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, our shepherd's hut has many attractions on its doorstep with spectacular views of Snowdonia and the coast of Caernarfon bay. The hut is situated in the historical village of Clynnogfawr, centrally located between Pwllheli and Caernarfon. The stunning beaches on the Llyn Peninsula is only 20 minutes drive away. Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.

This cabin offers the perfect place to step into a different pace, to be at one with nature, to slow down and think about what matters in the world.
