We have a lovely cinema with a wonderful restaurant, Good surfing with surfing lessons available and Kayak hire at Borth beach - Ynyslas 1.5 miles away has drive on beach with sand dunes Also coastal /River walks There is also a golf course a short walkaway. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings.
