Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

House in the mountains in relaxatio

Pretty mountain house is located 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of complete relaxation, equipped with every comfort, with garden and panoramic roof terrace. The residence is located in the village of Monti di Villa, the starting point for pleasant and relaxing walks through the woods, along the paths of the Appennini and a few miles from the Alpi Apuane. Nearby is also the Orrido di Botri, a natural canyon, beautiful and impressive to go. The house is located about 30 km from Lucca and 7 km from Bagni di Lucca spa, feature spa town with thermal baths, restaurants and taverns where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. The house consists of a living room complete with fireplace, sofa bed and TV, in the kitchen area is a pellet stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and grill. Upstairs is the master bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) and a loft where you can get an extra bed, and finally the bathroom with shower. The garden is equipped with lawn chairs to enjoy the sun, wood-burning oven and barbecue. In the roof terrace there is a large table and chairs for dining outdoors and enjoying the view. On the back of the house there is a parking place.

Il nostro alloggio è sulla tranquilla montagna pistoiese uno degli ultimi luoghi in cui domina il verde, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, dove il silenzio viene infranto solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli e il suono delle campane. Il territorio offre molte possibilità a tutti coloro che sentono la necessità di passare un po' di tempo a contatto con la magnificenza di Madre Natura. Casoli sits in the hills above Bagni Di Lucca. To reach this small village take the state road Brennero from Lucca and at the junction of the bridge of Ponte Maggio turn right. Guests must have transport to stay in Casoli, there is no public transport. The accomodation is a unique tower in this peacful, beautiful Tuscan village. If you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. The location is perfect for spring / summer walks or trips to the sea and more.

The Little House in Tereglio with Fireplace

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Casa Bellavista

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questa casa di montagna, immersa nel verde. La casa è situata all' interno del piccolo borgo di Montefegatesi a 850 metri sopra il livello del mare. Comprende un ingresso, una cucina con tutte le comodità, un salotto - sala da pranzo con vista panoramica dal terrazzo (TV e Wi-Fi). Un bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale con terrazzo e una camerina con due letti (culla e fasciatoio a disposizione). Un aia esterna, con tavolo, ombrellone e barbecue.

The Sound of Barga-Tuscany

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. È situato in una zona rurale, circondata da boschi e colline, e offre un'atmosfera rilassante a contatto con la natura. La strada per arrivare è un po' tortuosa ma ne vale la pena! È normale incontrare insetti e altri animali tipici della campagna. Se sei allergico a qualche insetto o hai paura di loro, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te. 6 km da centro Pistoia

Possibilità di escursioni alle meraviglie naturali della zona (Parco dell'Orecchiella, lago di Gramolazzo, etc). La casa è dell' inizio del '700 e si trova nel parco delle Alpi apuane , è adatta da 2 /4 persone immersa nel verde della natura, ha un' ottima posizione soleggiata dove dalla terrazza privata si può vedere il paese di Pruno con I suoi borghi antichi e le montagne del parco delle Alpi Apuane E un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi , conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .
