The unit features a bedroom with a queen bed, a pullout couch in the living room, and full bath complete with a washer & dryer. The kitchen includes granite counters & everything you need to cook a meal.

Keep it simple at this centrally-located place. This stylish unit sleeps up to six with a large primary bedroom and two pull out sofas in the main room. Direct frontage on the Creek and a short walk to Maddox with all the shopping and dining options one could want, then walk home for a peaceful night off the beaten path.There is a kitchen for preparing lunch and packing your cooler for the beach, or If you can’t bring yourself to pack the car just walk out front and enjoy the pool.

I want to explain, more in depth, the property and things you can expect. The property is located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and is surrounded by Salt Water. We run WELL WATER at this property and there are times when it will smell a little funny, because of the minerals in the water. This is a BEACH property and there are regular BUGS you would expect to see in the country, so we ask that you bring BUG REPELLENT. We do treat the yard and apartment!
