Shared dock is perfect for crabbing or fishing! 1st floor features kitchen, living room, dining room ,full bath & waterfront balcony. 2nd floor features King bedroom, full bath, laundry area & waterfront balcony. 3rd floor has a full bed, bunk beds (2 twin) & a futon with waterfront balcony overlooking Chincoteague Bay.

Walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and creamery. Private back yard patio area to relax and enjoy. Plenty of space for parking. This is a no-smoking property. The policy in our house rules, smoking is prohibited inside the property and there will be an additional cleaning fee for violations.
