The living room converts to a bedroom, w/ a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has a bedroom w/ a Queen bed, bunk bed, 3rd full bathroom & Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Swim/fish/kayak from our personal dock, play yard games, enjoy s’mores in our fire pit or get cozy inside w/ board games & a movie. Located on a paved road only minutes from town & fun attractions (Ozarks Amphitheater, Bridal Cave, etc.) ‼️ Please note this property was built in the 60’s and is located in the woods. AKA: there is wildlife & a handful of “old lake home” quirks that come with it!

Built in 2020, beautiful new home with a cozy cabin feel. Property sits on an incredible point overlooking the main channel, and the cabin is tucked back a bit into the cove. Spacious living area and dining nook, full bath (with tub), and full kitchen upstairs and sleeping area and full bath (with shower) downstairs. Sleeps eight in four queen bunk beds. Private back deck with charcoal grill and private lake access. Swim platform access and boat tie up with a nearby boat ramp.

Perfect tiny house for a romantic getaway, fishing trip or family vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Located at #2 mile marker on the Little Niangua arm you couldn't ask for better fishing or a calmer part of the lake to swim, ski or tube. Studio cabin has large deck w/ a propane grill that overlooks the lake. 2 swimming docks, laundry facilities on premises, fishing dock w/ fish house so you can fish year round, boat ramp and swingset. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, this property is perfect for families, friends, or couples traveling together. Conveniently located in the Heart of Osage Beach.

Our family cottage sits on 100’ of lakefront in a natural lake setting. Spacious living with expansive views and a private dock. Swim off the dock or relax on the lily pad from dawn until dusk and enjoy sunset over the large, protected cove. Create more lake memories at our fire-pit and outdoor charcoal grill. Bring your own boat to tie up to the dock during your stay. Close to movie theater, grocery stores, and restaurants by land or water.

Our cute, cozy little lakefront guest house has water views from the main room of the house and both bedrooms. We are in a cove, just one house away from the main channel of the lake and next door to our main home. Single well covered boat dock is included. Boat ramp is located at end of our road. Great fishing area! WE ARE IN A RURAL AREA of the lake, NOT a touristy area! PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING so you know what to expect!
