This spacious apartment (3 bedrooms, 4 single beds and 1 kingsize double bed, big living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balconies and roof terrace) is situated on a great location on the peaceful and green island of Burgaz (Antigoni). The place is very suitable to host a family or group of close friends. The tranquil island (no cars) has a good ferry connection both to the European (Eminönü) and Anatolian (Kadikoy and Bostanci) side. On request, we also offer breakfast or dinner on our terrace.

Our flat is located in the center of Bakirkoy and very close to hospitals, shopping centers, public transports for example Marmaray which takes 10 -15 minutes to Aksaray, Sultanahmet,(Bluemosque) Eminonu and 20 minutes to Kadikoy which is one of the most important Anatolian center of Istanbul and direct and faster transport facility to Taksim more over our flat is 10 minutes on foot to Havaist which is transport shuttle for Istanbul Airport.

Our Villa a historical 150 years old wooden building with an unique style located in the forrest, with a beautiful natural surrounding, a big garden with barbecue facilities, top of the hill far away from noise and stress but still close enough for all the interesting trips which you can make on Büyükada, consists of four floors, every floor with separate entrance, Apart 2 is located on the 2nd floor

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.
