Müstakil Girişli,Verandalı Prinkipo Evi/Büyükada

Büyükada’daki evimiz ateş tuğla ile örülmüş eski bir rum evidir. Dairenin tümü misafirlere ait, ortak kullanımlı değil. Geçmişe ait tüm detaylar birbiriyle içe içe geçerek doğallığın içinde hissettirir. Ev iskeleye 5 dk mesafesede.Wifi,soğutucu,doğalgazlı ısınma,airfyer,çay ve filtre makinesi mevcut. Dairemizde yatak odasından açılan geniş bir veranda bulunur. Bu verandadan arka sokağa da erişebilirsiniz. Bir apart daireden ziyade kendi evinizde hisseetmeniz için tüm detaylar incelikle işlendi.

A Lovely Island Home with Flowers - Pansiyon Life

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Private Pier Seaside Villa | Fireplace & Pool

Located in a quiet corner of Büyükada, this special villa offers a unique stay with its private pier, spacious garden, and seawater swimming pool. In winter, peaceful evenings by the sea-view fireplace in the living room await you. The host lives on the upper floor with three Jack Russell dogs. The guest floor has a separate entrance, and the upper and lower floors are connected by an internal staircase. Great care is taken to ensure our guests’ privacy and comfort.

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Tranquil Island House

Having its own private entrance, it is the detached first floor of a two-storey house. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

A Unique Experience at Buyukada

Brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Our family house in Büyükada (Prinkipo) was built in early 19th century by a Greek architect. Situated in a quite street in lovely Maden district, it's only 10 minutes walk from the center of the island. We have just renovated bathrooms, kitchen and the patio with modern design leaving the historical overall experience and character of the house intact.
