Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ground floor flat with own entrance on a quiet road in the lovely Roath area which has lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, so an ideal location for match days / concerts. Parking- there are 5 non-permit parking spaces next to the flat, however if these are full there is usually space further up the street or on nearby streets. Feel free to ask any questions!

The flat is awaiting some minor redecoration, so there are few areas in need of cosmetic repair, but it’s clean, comfy, and priced accordingly.
