Merewether relaxation

A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 min(15min walk) from Merewether beach, ocean baths and known walking trails. Note: 2026 there is a building development close by and you may experience some noise disturbance.

This lovingly designed house is nothing short of wonderful! It offers you three cozy bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms (pick between a bathtub and a rain shower), a fully equipped plywood kitchen with marble benchtops.
