Una de las habitaciones tiene balcón privado, al igual que desde la cocina tienes acceso a un rústico balcón que permite la entrada de aire fresco a la casa.

You will find restaurants and supermarkets minutes away, many popular beaches within 20-30 minute drive. Shopping Mall 3 minutes away, ATM machines, downtown souvenir shops and much more. You will also be able to enjoy Yauco's famous Yaucromatic, amazing street art located on Calle E Sanchez Lopez right down town.

This is a studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing mangroves, Middlesex and Poza El Teodoro beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.
