Our beach house is situated directly across the road from the white sands of Adventure Bay. You will experience the most spectacular sunrises, looking out across Storm Bay and onto Tasman Island. Guests will lay in bed at night, where the only sound is the waves breaking on the beach below. Quiet Corner is a safe swimming beach (perfect for kids) and we have a local shop, all within a minute's walk from our front gate. This is a top floor, self contained apartment requiring stairs to access.

Freshly renovated in June 2024, Baywatch overlooks the stunning Adventure Bay beach. Unwind on the expansive deck furnished with bean bags, outdoor dining settings, a gas BBQ, and a custom-built woodfired oven. Inside, cozy up by the warm pellet fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and savor the views. NO CLEANING FEE Your cottage is 2 min flat walk to the beach, Cottage is hidden away in a lovely private garden with deck and electric BBQ .Short walk to Tennis courts, General store,.Bruny Bowls Club, Pennicotts Tours. South Bruny National Park has some of Australia's highest sea cliffs and one of the oldest lighthouses. Great base for some amazing walks ,Fluted Cape and Penguin island ,Cape Queen Elizabeth just a few. Internet is complimentary, however at times can have poor connection.

Lune, lunawuni is a secluded, eco-friendly cabin set on 2 acres of private waterfront bushland. Overlooking the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, with views of Hartz Mountains National Park, and with direct access to the waters edge of Sheepwash Bay, the property offers guests an intimate, nature immersed escape, with comfort in mind. Lune owners Sarah and Olly acknowledge the Nununi people, Traditional Owners of the land on which the cabin stands, and pay respects to Elders past and present.

The Home is set on a private block with views through trees to the Bay, beach access is available from across the road & the local Store is only a short stroll away! Welcome to our 1 bedroom self contained studio. The studio is conjoined to our new house, with your own private entry. Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living. Kitchen has breakfast bar, hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. There is a covered verandah at the front with BBQ. A large open deck is located behind the Studio to enjoy the sunny days. Its just a couple of minutes walk to the beach.

"Florence" 1960's restored Beach Shack" Beach 2min

Florence is a Cosy 1960's restored retro beach shack 2 min from beach. It has been lovingly renovated. The property is fully fenced with a veranda wrapped around the house for you to sit and enjoy the warm morning sunshine and a meal on the BBQ. The shack is a short, flat 2 minute stroll from the sparkling waters edge and pristine soft white sands of Adventure Bay beach and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Complimentary Wi-Fi can at time be unreliable.

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
