Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a king size double bed, living room with sofa and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private garden. Şairhane evleri; Yoga yapabileceğiniz, kitap okuyup sanatsal faaliyetlerinizi yürütebileceğiniz meyve bahçesi içerisinde huzurlu bir yaşam alanı sunar. Kozbeyli köyü 600 yıllık bir Osmanlı köyüdür. Köyümüz denize 2 kilometre mesafededir. Yeni Foça 8 km. Eski Foça ise 16 km'dir. Foça koyları muhteşemdir. Fula Dağı bisiklet ve yürüyüş yolu köyün içinden geçer. İki insan dostu sevecen köpeğimizle sizleri bekliyoruz.

Tüm bilindik üç gen evleri unutun rusya'dan özel olarak getirttiğimiz Rus çamları ile donatılmış bir bungalov tesisimize geldiğinizde sizi mis gibi bir ağaç kokusuyla karşılıyor tüm ferahylığıyla size huzur dolu bir tatil diliyoruz üstelik denize yürüme mesafesi 1 dakika :) Tesisimizde toplam 4 adet yan yana bungalov bulunmaktadır. Rezarvasyon yoğunluğu ve müsaitlik durumuna göre giriş-çıkış tarihlerinde misafirlerimize müsait bungalov verilir.

Karaburun’un eşsiz doğasına sahip olan Hamzabükü’nde yer alan evimiz, doğa ve deniz manzaralıdır. Hamzabükü koyuna yürüyüş mesafesindedir. Kumbükü ve Gönsüz koylarına araçla 5dk mesafededir.Piney House, çam ağaçlarının altında, mandalina ve limon ağaçlarının üzerinde yıldız manzarasıyla huzurlu bir tatil vaadeder.Terasında kuş sesleriyle birlikte kitabınızı okuyabilir veya içeceğinizi yudumlayabilirsiniz. Paradise On Earth

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

Beautifully renovated home with fabulous location and Greek island charm. Courtyard, 150m to the beach. The spacious house sleeps 4+2 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen and open concept dining/ living area, 1 large bathroom, and 2 spacious bedrooms. A beautiful courtyard with dining and seating area. Air conditioning, Wifi. We are located 150m from the Nea Chora beach and seaside restaurants. A 10 minute walk the historic old harbour and Chania city centre (700m).

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
