The house is surrounded by a large garden, full of fruit trees & vegetables, chickens & cats. A landscaped terrace with a wood-fired oven & large table is perfect for gatherings at sunset. A short 5 walk minute down the hill brings you to our private beach & neighbouring beach club for a swim at any time of the day. Dikili and Bademli are in close driving proximity.

Description My apartment is located in Karfas area and it is ideal for people who want to spend their vacation peacefully while enjoying the majestic view.It is suitable for a couple with a child. The widely known beach of Karfas is only 200 meters away from our apartment. In order to get the better out of the living experience we offer, you can go down the stairs that lead directly in the Aegean Sea . Don’t forget to pack your swimsuits !

Lake and Sea. Vouliagmeni Lake. Loutraki

The maisonette is ideal for families or couples, offering a fantastic view of the Corinthian Gulf and beautiful sunsets. It is located in Vouliagmeni Lake of Loutraki (in the settlement of Makrygialos). The distance from the sea is 80 meters, and from the lake, it's a 3-minute drive or a 6-minute walk. The village of Perachora, which has a supermarket, is 10 minutes away by car, and Loutraki is 20 minutes away by car.

Start your day with exploring the lake of Kournas by hiking and biking or on the water in a kayak or canoe, and end it by enjoying a refreshing glass of Cretan wine on your private terrace with lake and sea views!

The studio is located at the center of the town and is 10 mins from the airport. Best suited for couples, business travelers, and friends. Additionally, if you are looking for a safer parking spot, you can use the house's covered parking with an extra cost upon request.
