Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. The space is part of a quiet seafront property located in the fishermen village of Perdika, 15 min by car from the main port. 5 min. walk to 2 supermarket, 2 bakeries, tavernas, bars & cafes nearby the picturesque port and the beach. A boat takes you in 10 min to Moni, an inhabited island just opposite to Perdika.1 separate bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (converting into a bed), A/C, wifi. Private balcony over the sea. Free street parking.

Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.
