Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με 2 μονά κρεββάτια μετατρεπόμενα σε 1 μεγάλο διπλό κρεββάτι, 1 μπάνιο, σαλόνι με 2 πολυθρόνες μετατρέπομενες σε 2 κρεββάτια, κουζίνα, πισίνα, υδρομασάζ, τζάκι, θέρμανση, κλιματισμό, parking και κήπο. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και όμορφες στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

The appartment renovated in 2025, is ideal for short or longer stays. It is situated on the garden level overlooking the sea. This is a wonderful traditional house in the center of Aegina, built in the 19th century and completely renovated in 2024, preserving and highlighting its architectural elements. It is located opposite the Metropolitan church, within the historical center of Aegina, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is only a 5' walk from the port and next to the local market. The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.

Amazing Garden-Cottage in Aegina

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing.
