Η βεράντα 14 τ.μ. αγναντεύει όλο τον Σαρωνικό με απιστευτη θέα. Μια κρεββατοκαμαρα με διπλό κρεββάτι , ντουλάπα, φωτεινή, δικό της μπαλκονακι στην πίσω αυλή με επίσης ωραία θέα. Και οι δύο χώροι με aircondition. Το λιμάνι της Σουβάλας βρίσκεται στα 800 μέτρα με supermarket, εστιατόρια και καφέ.

The cottage IS 1.3 Km away from the town port and it is surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is one of three houses of the estate. I made my house to be my sanctuary. I took personal care of every single detail, in order to relax any time I come from Athens where I live. The beaches begin after 1.5 km away. There is a mini market at 50 m distance. The cottage is quiet and relaxing. A BABY-SITTER IS AVAILABLE ANY TIME THERE IS A RAMP for wheelchairs
