Luxury spacious private loft between city & beach

This unique accommodation is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all amenities. The beach and Haarlem city center are just 5 km away. It features a private entrance, 2 spacious master bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and a living area with a 5-meter high ceiling and large sliding doors onto the garden. The forest/dunes and a beautiful nature reserve are just around the corner, separated by the railway line (behind the accommodation's backyard), offering delightful opportunities for walking.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. This perfectly situated family home has enough room to relax after a nice long beach day or after a stroll in the city. Ideal for families! It's just 5 mins walk to the train station from where direct trains to Amsterdam (25 mins). The beach is only 5 min by car or train and 15 min by bike. The historical city center of Haarlem is close too. Free parking on private driveway. Relax on the loungeset in the garden while your kids having fun. The garden is fenced so kids can play freely.

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.
