Καλώς ήρθατε στις " Τρεις χάριτες " στο άνετο ευρύχωρο φωτεινό εξοχικό. Ανήκει σε συγκρότημα 4 στρ. ιδανικό όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου 100μ. από τη θάλασσα με σχεδόν "ιδιωτική" παραλία σκιερή. Πηλιορείτικης αρχιτεκτονικής 45τ.μ ισόγειο με πατάρι και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Διαθέτει 3 κρεβάτια 1 πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι παρκοκρέβατο καρεκλάκι μωρού πλυντήριο ρούχων ηλ. κουζίνα ψυγείο tv καφετιέρα τοστιέρα όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη μαχαιροπίρουνα. Prinos I, Seaside House

The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

This freshly-built & warmly decorated stone-house in Afetes offers an ideal accommodation for mountain lovers, as well as for sea fans. It's just few kilometers away from white sandy beaches and literally next to the forest and the nature of mountain Pelion. It's an ideal accommodation option for families or couples and the view from every corner is amazing!

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
