The largest traditional Aframe in the world at 2,200 square feet, right on one of the most scenic blue ribbon trout rivers in Michigan, the Pigeon River. On 3 acres with its own peninsula, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a floating third level loft fittingly named the Eagles Nest, unlike anything you've seen. Hop in the hot tub & sauna and take in the sounds of the river or cozy up by the fire listening to the vinyl record player.

Black Lake Cabin Retreat

Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Clink's cabin is comfortable and close to lake access, State park, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile trails, wineries, and lots of area attractions. 1.2 miles to state park with public boat launch. 1.3 miles to Devoe beach/veterans pier. Snowmobile trail entrance .25 mile Within 30 minutes to everything Northern Michigan!! Come enjoy the beautiful Indian River in a fully updated home on a quiet subdivision! Close to ORV/snowmobile trails - you can ride in and ride out right from the home! Large park with kids playground, ball fields, hockey rink are right out the backdoor! Many hiking trails and access to the Sturgeon River is just a short drive from the home! Burt Lake and Mullett Lake access is 5 minutes away and downtown Indian River is at your fingertips! Brand new (May 2024) patio/fire pit in the back yard.

Little Sturgeon waterfront retreat blends relaxation, walkability, and adventure in the heart of Indian River. Watch wildlife drift by, stroll across the street for restaurants and shops, or launch your boat at the public ramp directly across the street and explore the inland waterways of Indian River, Burt Lake, Mullet Lake. Located on the North Central State Trail with plenty of driveway space for trailers. This home is perfect for summer boating, snowmobiling or a quiet riverside getaway.

The Lily Pad

Rustic cabin on Echo Lake with 60 ft. of beach, a dock for fishing and a swing for relaxing. Enjoy the sunrise, then enjoy the rest of your day on the beach with a screened in tiki bar equipped with refrigerator and gas grill on the water. Cabin has three bedrooms with queen beds, loft has a California king and a double bed. Loft also has a computer and kids area. Two full baths, outside dining area and a screened in lower deck with refrigerator, ceiling fan and hammock for relaxing.

The Inland Waterway boat launch is within 1 mile, ORV trails are out your back door and walking/biking trails are within minutes. Public beach is within a 5 minute drive. This home provides great indoor space with all the kitchen amenities you might need. Outside space includes a patio with built in fire pit, a Blackstone and electric grill/smoker. A restaurant/bar is within walking distance. 4 kayaks are available for your use, launch located at end of the road - bring life jackets!

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.
