Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.

En nydelig eiendom beliggende rett ved Raet Nasjonalpark på Tromøy. Her kan du nyte ro og fred i vakker natur, huset ligger bare 200 meter fra innfallsporten til Raet Nasjonalpark på Spornes.
