My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.
