Fyrōi Villas is a small collection of two-level homes with private swimming pools, set in the Kapares settlement of Agia Anna. The villas are part of a growing neighborhood, just a short distance from the beach, local tavernas, and seaside spots. We are located 800 meters from Agia Anna Beach and 900 meters from Plaka Beach. The distance to Agia Anna is a 10-minute walk, and to Plaka it’s a 15-minute walk. The houses blend island style with boho touches, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

50 steps from the most famous beach of the island is located this welcoming and stylish house with a mix of traditional and modern touches. In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach of Agia Anna. You can drive into town (Chora) in less than 15 minutes or reach the airport in less than 10. The vibrant beach of Agios Prokopios is also close by. The lovely pool offers an opportunity to enjoy special moments together and the dining terrace with barbeque is an added treat.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.
