The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο, περιτριγυρισμένο από τη φύση, ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ηρεμία, χαλάρωση και άμεση επαφή με το φυσικό τοπίο. Studio No1 is 1 of the 3 studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with sea view. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
