The apartment is 85 squared meters recently renovated (10th of JUNE 2021) with 2 very comfortable bedrooms and a nice living-dining room. It has one big wide balcony and one small that offers an infinite view of the Aegean sea. There is also one parking spot. The place is 5 min walking time to the beach (Agios-Ioannis,Papa Nero). Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

Marleen House

Marleen house is an old, traditional stone house build in 1928 in Pelion, Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful destinations in Pelion. It is located in a quiet spot, viewing the Aegean sea. Our shaded garden is the best spot from which to watch the sun rising from the sea! It is in the center of the village, next to the famous “Skala” bar and close to the local market, restaurants, and cafés.

The materials used are considered art constructions, perfectly safe for health and give the entire building a natural colour image. My villa is suitable for couples, business travellers and families (with children).
