It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. "Metochi" - Secluded Little Shelter

The tastefully decorated traditional Ikarian shepherd's hut is situated in the middle of nature and offers amazing sea and mountain view. It's an ideal spot to find your peace and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located in the village of Agios Dimitrios (Raches), which is less than a 15-minute drive to Messakti beach. It's highly recommended to have a car to explore the island. The road leading from the village to the house is 1km of dirt road, but accessible with any type of car.

The Blue House on the Hill

The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Αθέρας

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο χωριό Γλαρεδο το οποίο απέχει μόλις 2χλ από την πόλη Άγιος Κήρυκος και 1χλ από τα ιαματικά νερά! Ο κήπος με τα τριαντάφυλλα, οι πορτοκαλιές που προσφέρουν σκια στην μεγάλη πέτρινη αυλή και η πολύχρωμη αιώρα στην οποία μπορείς να απολαύσεις λίγες ώρες χαλάρωσης είναι μερικά από τα πράγματα που σε βοηθούν να ξεφύγεις από τα καθημερινά άγχη και να απολαύσεις τα μικρά πράγματα της ζωής.

Πέτρινη αυλή, Αρμενιστης Ικαρια

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
