Το SoHa house βρίσκεται στα Λαζαράτα και διαθέτει εποχική εξωτερική πισίνα με παιδικό τμήμα και εξωτερικό υδρομασάζ 4-θέσεων,μπάρμπεκιου,κήπο και βεράντα.Παρέχει δωρεάν WiFi,ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και θέα στο βουνό.Το SoHa house περιλαμβάνει 3 υπνοδωμάτια,3 μπάνια με στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών,πλυντήριο ρούχων,σαλόνι,τραπεζαρία και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. .Είναι κοντά στις πιο όμορφες παραλίες του νησιού,όπως τα Πευκούλια και το Κάθισμα,καθώς και το γραφικό παραθαλάσσιο χωριό του Άγιου Νικήτα.

High aesthetics -two floor apartment

Μεζονέτα με τέσσερα υπνοδωματια και τρια μπανια . Στον κατω οροφο βρισκεται το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεββάτι, το γραφειο, η κουζινα , πολυ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με δυο καναπέδες γωνια , το μπανιο με το πλυντηριο ρούχων και μεγαλη μπανιέρα και το μπαλκονι. Στον πανω οροφο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωματια, το ενα εχει διπλό κρεββάτι και το αλλο κουκέτα με δυο μονα κρεββατια και δυο μπανια και τα δυο με ντουζιερα . Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον πανω οροφο μιας πανσιον και απέχει 50 μετρα απο την πλαζ.

This stylish one floor villa can accommodate up to six people at a time. It features 3 well-designed bedrooms, with a natural feeling throughout the villa. The bedrooms consist of a King size bed, a double bed and two twin beds in each room respectively. Two of these rooms have access to en-suite bathrooms, with a further main bathroom available. With a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa, the two en-suites provide modern showers, with the communal bathroom containing a bathtub.
