And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Our cozy home accommodates 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

Sunlover

This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Eagles Outlook Studio

Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, the studio features Queen bed, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine & air con. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, & cook a BBQ in the courtyard. The property comprises the main house + two studio apartments (see listing Eagles Outlook House). Guests share pool, walkway & carport. Absolutely no pets or parties. 2 adults only permitted.

Selah in Agnes Water

This stylish newly renovated unit is perfect for rest and to explore Agnes and all it's beauty. The Selah apartment is nestled amongst the palm trees in the Sandcastles Resort. It is equipped with a king bed, smart tv, free Wi-Fi, kitchen and laundry facilities. Eat at the Drift & Wood restaurant or walk to town in a few minutes. Featuring onsite parking within metres of the door. Relax beside the pool or a short stroll of only 250 metres and you are on the magnificent beach of Agnes Water.

The Cottage @ Eutierria

The Cottage is a unique retreat offering a deeply calm, homely feeling, set within 10 acres of pristine natural bushland. Thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with nature, it provides a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by native wildlife. Wake to the sun rising over the ocean, the gentle chorus of songbirds, and quiet encounters with wallabies and kangaroos. Begin your day with a slow sip of locally sourced organic tea or coffee, allowing the stillness of the landscape to set the tone for day.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. “Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Mac,and Gaynor , invite you to stay at the cabin overlooking the "Billabong" in our private bush acreage. You can meet our resident families of kangaroos and wallabys, also all the birds. Relax on the deck while you plan your next adventure. For you boaties, we have a parking area for your trailer boat, and a few hot offshore marks. the Billabong has a dog friendly area. The Billabong is not suitable for infants, toddlers or children.
