Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Casita del Sol - Exceptional Santa Fe Casita

Casita del Sol is quintessentially Santa Fe. Located on a gated 2.5 acre property on the edge of the City. Quiet and peaceful, the front porch offers spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the east. Relax in the morning as the sun rises over the mountains and gently warms you. This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.
