Welcome to Kanda East, our lovingly restored home that dates back to the 1970s. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to our local beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda West adjoins this property, and sleeps two extra people in one bedroom.

This is the perfect place for couples or solo travellers to relax and unwind, surrounded by wonderful nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, excellent surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama town. Cococabana Beach House. Sole use with pool.

A European owned, self catering beach house in a secluded bay in Thalaramba, just minutes from lively Mirissa and offering stylish accommodation. Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Tastefully decorated in Sri Lankan colonial style with separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Fibre wifi connection with 100 mbps for those working as digital nomads. There is NO AC but with fans.

Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Renovated 2 bedroom cottage amongst local houses on Unawatuna hill. Amazing view overlooking trees and beautiful Unawatuna Bay. Private gardens and pool. 10 mins walk to the beach and a short tuktuk to Unawatuna, Thalpe restaurants and Galle Fort.
