Davinas - The Beach House is the kiwi beach holiday dream, right on Coopers Beach. Get together in the spacious living, breakfast bar and dining table area, or follow the sun on the wrap-around deck. There's a full-sized kitchen with several prep areas, 5 burner hob and 2 ovens, use the BBQ, or head out to the nearby cafes and restaurants. Kayaks, bodyboards and a paddleboard are available for sea-lovers, or stay on terra-firma, building your sand-mansion in the shade of the pohutukawa trees.

Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

The property has direct beach access down to Coopers beach, which is a beautiful beach to enjoy a swim, relax, or walk along to the Taumarumaru Recreation Reserve at low tide. The apartment is suited to couples or an individual looking for a quiet place to retreat and enjoy the beach and the locality. Just 1.5 hours to Cape Reinga so an easy day trip!

90 Mile Paradise - Ahipara - Far North

90 mile paradise apartment is north facing (sunshine all day long) with magnificent views of 90 mile beach and the Tasman Ocean with only a 1 minute walk to the beach. You will fall asleep and wake up to the crashing sounds of weaves and smell of the ocean. In the kitchen you can cook your own meal, or use the BBQ outside and eat outdoors comfortably. Some beanbags and a hammock will give you the opportunity to relax and have enjoyable times outdoors. Seaview from all rooms and the lounge.

Cove cottage is located in the glorious grounds of Sanctuary in the Cove. The fully furnished self-contained cottage has front lawns meeting the sandy beach, in your own private cove. A north facing veranda with BBQ, ensures all day sun. You can enjoy an evening glass as the sun sets and listen to the ever present birdsong. Enjoy a memorable visit in this unit with stunning beach views in the midst of Ahipara, just 15 mins out of Kaitaia. Our guests love the shower pressure, the bed and the cleanliness. The golf club, park, pump track and access to the 90 Mile Beach are all within walking distance. As we are 200m off the beach it’s a perfect stay off the Te Araroa Trail too to rest your feet. Ideally suits 1-2 people but can sleep up to 3 as couch pulls out to a double bed in the lounge

The Pohutukawa Cabin overlooks the treasured Karikari Bay. You will have your own quiet self contained garden cabin in a private setting with your own private walk around outside beach themed bathroom and rain forest shower with a view. There is free use of the WiFi, BBQ (with gas) Kayaks, SUP Paddle boards, and Boogie boards. Self help Continental breakfast provided. Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
