Fully fenced, warm and equipped on McGrath

77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

Situated just 10 minutes from Taradale and the Mission Estate, or 20 minutes from Napier, this guesthouse offers the benefits of a peaceful rural setting, just a stones throw from all the action! Located in Ahuriri, a boutique area which has a cinema, Post Office, shops, bus route, parks, restaurants and the beach. The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility. With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities. This well located home is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

Spaciousness for good value welcomes diversity

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. So don't count them on the booking as Airbnb charges. We aim to be friendly and kind. Raelene or Hilary are your hosts.

Luxury Village Villa 2 mins walk to the village

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck.
