Cosy red cottage in beautiful surroundings

We are renting out our cozy cottage with beautiful surroundings close to the forest. There is garden with a big terrace and a greenhouse to sit inside if it is raining. The forest is a couple of minutes away and is great for walking & running. Skåneleden is also passing close by. There is a creek about 600 m from the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful. There are shops and nice lakes for swimming 10-15 km away in Osby, Vittsjö & Hästveda. The house is situated 30 km north of Hässleholm.

Within short driving distance, there are fishing, canoeing, trekking and museums trips to stay active and connected to nature. 💫

Our farm is located in Örnahusen, on beautiful Österlen at the tip of the east coast. It is a perfect place for a wonderful holiday for the large family or two. The nearest neighbors are 100 meters down the field, so the house is private. The garden is large and perfect for children and animals to move freely. The farm is surrounded by fields that give an open and bright feel with lovely sun sets. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so famous for.

I detta vackra hus bor du rymligt och med egen trädgård mitt i Simrishamn. Det är nära till hav, strand och härliga promenader. Köket är fantastiskt för den som älskar att laga mat och utanför dörren finns både grill och generös matplats i solen. About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, small pool for personal use and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.

Gångavstånd till ICA butik, vårdcentralen, bank, några restauranger. Golf och tennis banor, älgsafari, våffelstugan, Skåneleden ligger inom nära köravstånd. Byn har även bra tåg och bus förbindelse.

The house is in the woods about 6 kilometers from the sandy beach and nice water in Olseröd, 5 kilometers to Degeberga and 7 kilometers to Maglehem.
