This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The best location in Wilmington. My sweet spot is a studio/loft over a detached garage behind the main house. Walk through the gates steps on the left side of garage once up, cozy and private. queen bed, pull out sofa bed, workspace, kitchenette, bath is small(cute)pour a sweet tea/coffee Walk to everything, fab neighborhood bikes in garage, missing anything?
