The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Wisteria Lodge is a newly refurbished beautiful property dating back to the 1850s within the conservation area of the picturesque village of Airmyn located very close to the historic town of Howden. The large self-contained property benefits from having a large open plan living area with its own beautiful shower room, a spacious sized bedroom overlooking stunning views of the it's own enclosed garden. Wisteria Lodge is located in easy reach of York, Leeds, Beverley & the East Coast.

The cottage is ideal for couples, business travellers, families with one child and dogs. The village has a great pub with delicious home cooked food and a cosy open fire. Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

The nearest town of Howden is a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops, pubs, bars and places to eat. There is also a train station with links to all major cities. We are ideally situated for days out to York, Beverly, Leeds and the East Yorkshire coast, all of which are a 40 to 60 minutes drive away . Ok

Rusholme Grange's self-contained cottage is at the heart of an arable family farm surrounded by beautiful open countryside. The cottage offers spacious accommodation for four people in a large double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom on the first floor.
