Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Joiku - Kaltio is a spacious property in Joiku Resort, Äkäslompolo, completed in 2024. This modern 3-bedroom home combines clean design with high ceilings & large windows overlooking the surrounding pine forest. Guests can enjoy the private terrace and sauna, as well as direct access to ski tracks and nature trails. Shops, restaurants, and local services are within walking distance. Throughout the year, a variety of outdoor activities and peaceful moments in Lapland’s nature are close at hand.

Ylläs Mukka on tunnelmallinen parimökin puolikas (49 + 6 m2) hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Avonainen olohuone-keittiötila mahdollistaa yhdessäolon takkatulen äärellä. Sauna lämpiää kivikorikiukaan voimin ja yläkerrassa majoittuu hyvin neljä henkeä. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu, pesukone ja kuivauskaappi pyykkihuoltoon ja tehokas 200 Mbps valokuituyhteys vaikkapa etätyöskentelyyn. Vuokra ei sisällä loppusiivousta, vaan majoittuja vastaa siitä. Omat lakanat ja pyyhkeet tulee myös olla mukana.

Uusi uniikki, tunnelmallinen paritalomökki valmistunut jouluksi 2023. Äkäsvilla on laatutietoisen lomailijan hirsimökki uudella Röhkömukanmaan alueella Äkäslompolossa Ylläksellä. Mökki majoittaa 6+2 vierasta. Mökki sijaitsee hiihtolatujen (500m), rinteiden (1.5km) ja luontopolkujen välittömässä läheisyydessä. Olohuone/keittiön isoista pohjoisen taivaalle suunnatuista ikkunoista voit ihailla tunturimaisemaa ja iltojen pimetessä nähdä tahtitaivaan ja revontulten loimut. Kauppaan 3km.

Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Uusi juuri valmistunut mökki Äkäslompolossa metsään rajoittuvalla tontilla. Sijainti rauhallisella paikalla mutta kuitenkin palveluiden lähellä. Mökissä on tilava keittiö/olohuone yhdistelmä, kaksi makuuhuonetta ja parvi. Viihtyisä sauna ja kylpyhuone yhdistelmä. Sänkyjä 6 henkilölle, tarvittaessa parvelle mahtuu patjapaikoille ainakin kaksi henkilöä lisää. Pienelle lapselle on tarvittaessa saatavilla vauvan sänky. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sekä loppusiivous lisähinnasta.
