This house has appx. 700 sq. ft. and is very cozy for a night stay, a week stay or more. It has been updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances and new bathroom. Bedroom has brand new mattress and box spring along with all new bedding. The living room has a brand new futon that folds out to a double bed. New TV in living room.
