Family Treehouse on The Santa Fe River

Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

This little Vintage Cottage is located less than 1 mile to UF making it ideal for walking, biking or driving to campus for sports, work or visits. The historic A. Quinn Jones Museum is located next door offering event space, cultural exhibits, and outdoor concerts. The home has been fully restored inside and out while retaining it's historic charm. Features include lush landscaping, private parking, covered outdoor dining, spacious bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen w/microwave & coffee bar.

This eco-retreat is located at Peacefield where we rescue and rehabilitate farm animals - the space helps support the mission! We incorporated our favorite things: Peloton bike, treadmill, rower, Finnish sauna, bedside chargers, open floor plan, 5 star mattresses, yoga deck, appleTV, loaded kitchen, coffee/tea, vitamix, gym, Tesla and other EV charger, solar power and more! It's a sanctuary for humans too :)

Rose Cottage at Alpaca Acres

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

Pileated Place

Welcome to our A-frame cabin, nestled in charming Old Florida Woodlands. It’s complete with two cots, a hinged wall/awning, fire pit, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a picnic table. From this soft pine-needled space, enjoy the view across the pond, go explore the seasonal garden, feed the fish, and meet our farm dogs. Mostly, enjoy ease and reconnection nature encourages. Due to severe drought this year, the pond is currently very low. However, you can still spot koi, bass, and brim. 🙏🏼

We do allow pets in the property, however we do have a pet fee of $90.
