Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful, and stylish space. This modern farmhouse brings convenience and country together. Located far enough from the hustle and bustle to stargaze at night and watch wildlife in the morning, but close enough to everything you need. Situated on an 8 acre mini farm with the cutest Zebu, goats, and donkeys. We have worked hard to cultivate a unique, relaxing and serene getaway that is inviting and refreshing. On the Grove, our guests become friends.

Harmony Tiny House-10 min to UF & Airport

Beautifully built and decorated, Harmony Tiny house is located close to Newnan’s Lake but only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Surrounded by woods on 3 sides, it sits behind the main home on an acre of land with a small creek in the back. You have access to the back yard with an outdoor table and chairs and also a key to the utility room if you need to do a load of laundry. The sliding glass door entry faces the backyard. Please note that pets are allowed and there is a $30 pet fee.

We are meticulous about cleaning, now more than ever. Doorknobs, faucet handles and light switches are being thoroughly sanitized between guests. Your health is a priority! 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, near UF & thd airport, full kitchen and bath. Very comfortable queen sized bed. Beautiful living room and breakfast bar w/ great lighting throughout. Quarter mile nature trail through 5 acres of magnolias, oaks & ancient pines right outside the front door. The first of four area springs (Blue, Poe, Ginnie) is 10 miles away. Scuba/snorkeling/kayaking/nature trails/antiquing/brewery/restaurants/ice cream shop nearby in this charming outdoorsy town. FB Fans-UF BHG Stadium is 24 miles away. Itchetucknee is 18 miles way. Smoke-free home.
