A studio on a singles house property. It has everything you need. The property is located in the Rudgear Park neighborhood. There are trails, tennis& pickle ball courts and baseball field. Easy access to Highway 680 and 24. 2-3 miles to downtown walnut creek to many shops and restaurants. Guest enter their studio from side fence gate so they come and go as they please. We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there’s any problem. Small friendly pets live on this property.
