Get a taste for historic San Antonio in a remodeled apartment in a classic house. Original architectural charm has been preserved, from the front porch to wainscoting in the kitchen. High quality upgrades were made in a subtle, sympathetic style. This is an apartment with private entrance. Sleeps 7 people, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and one sofa bed. House built in 1900's, so when you stay with me you'll enjoy the historic charm of a Texan home with brand new updates. Access into the house with your customized access code for entry, no key needed. Private parking for 4+ cars, plus free public parking on the street. Central A/C and heater. The house is equipped with a 2 king beds, 1 full bed, 1 sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, closets, luggage rack, walk in shower, smart TV, Wifi. In person or automated check in (if required), always available if needed. The house is in a calm, quiet neighborhood close to Downtown San Antonio. Walk to the Pearl Brewery and museums. Coffee shops and gas stations are nearby, and it's close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and Alamodome. AT&T Center is a 10-minute drive away. For less than $10 you could catch an Uber into the city and experience The Alamo, Tower of the Americas, River walk, Alamodome, Convention Center, Tobin Center. There are plenty of scooters available to get around downtown if you want to get to know the city better. Access to the apartment is directly from the private parking/backyard. The apartment is located on the second floor. One flight of stairs up. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. If you're looking for a place to host a rager, please keep looking. City of SA Hotel Occupancy TAX (HOT)due in CASH at Check-in The City of SA recently enacted a HOT of 10% to Airbnb guests of the total of the reservation, the same TAX paid at hotels. At check-in please be prepared to pay it IN CASH OR VIA RESOLUTION CENTER through Airbnb. This tax gets paid directly to the city as if we were an hotel.

Apartment on the 2nd floor (accessible only by stairs) of a partly newly remodeled Victorian Style older duplex house with lots of character. It has a private entrance. Each of the two spacious bedrooms is equipped with a TV, work/makeup desk, a closet, sitting area, and a walk-on balcony overlooking downtown skyline. We offer free off-street parking for two vehicles inside all around fence and a locking gate. We (owners) live in a separate apartment on 1st floor.

Cute Carriage apartment: close to SA activities, nightlife, the airport, and public transport. It is in a good neighborhood, and is very cozy. Apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The Pearl is a few blocks away with nightlife, bars, restaurants and scenic access to the River Walk North Extension. Zoo and Brackenridge park are near by. Bike rentals are located near by at the Children's Museum or The Pearl

Best location...10 minutes to Sea World, Fiesta (Six Flags), La Cantera Shopping, 15 minutes to Rim, 25 minutes to River Walk. Quiet neighborhood close to Old Helotes. All houses are on acreage. Very kind and friendly host. New construction. Save money by using fully equipped kitchen. The playground is available for the younger guests.
