Welcome to La Viva Rische! The homes location is rare mix of urban location in a historic district and steps away a less commercial part of the Riverwalk. It’s near a mix of locally-owned bars, coffee shops, boutiques, museums and art galleries. The neighborhoods getting gentrified. It’s a mix of older homes and one’s getting renovated. Despite some homes in the area being run down, it’s a quaint and quite spot.
