Generally The whole house has underfloor heating. In the living room there is an air source heat pump that you can use as AC/cool down the house if needed. However, think about the environment and do not let it go with open doors/windows. All windows in the bedrooms have airing windows. In all opening windows, there is also a mosquito window that can be pulled down. The walls and ceiling in all rooms except the bathroom are in beautiful white brushed mountain birch and the floor in the whole house in these parts is smoked castle plank of brushed oak. Balcony: 130 square meter large terrace that is fenced. On the south side there is a dining table with 6 chairs overlooking the sea. There is also a large sofa with a table under a roof which is very much appreciated. On the west side of the terrace there is also a smaller table with two sun loungers. On the west side of the house you will also find a storage room with life jackets, games such as kubb, boules and croquet as well as barbecue etc. Entrance In the entrance hall with white marble tiles there are clothes hangers and a cleaning cabinet as well as cupboards for storage. Kitchen The lovely kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything you need to cook. The fridge/freezer has an ice maker. There is an oven and a combined oven/microwave. The beautiful bench and stone slabs are made of dekton from southern Europe. Everyday grimace In the living room you have panoramic views of the sea. There is a large sofa with coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and 2 armchairs with a small table. In addition, a 65 inch TV and a wood stove with soapstone. Master bedroom Here you have 2 large windows facing the water. The continental bed from mio is 180 cm wide. There is a large wardrobe and a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. Bedrooms 1 Here there is a bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm wide and the upper 90 cm. There is a workplace with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. There is a spacious wardrobe where in the wardrobe there is a high chair. Bedrooms 2 The bed is 140 cm wide and there is a wardrobe. Bathroom The cosy bathroom has a water toilet, countertops, sink, shower and drying cabinet. There is soap, detergent and shampoo as well as toilet paper. Sauna A 15 square meter sauna will be built in the winter of 2024/2025, which is expected to be completed on May 1, 2025. It is a self-contained isolated sauna overlooking the sea. The sauna will contain a 9 square meter relaxation area with a sofa bed, table and chairs that can also be used to sleep in. The walls and ceiling of the relaxation area will be in beautiful red-colored alder. In addition to the relaxation area, there will be a 6 square meter wood-fired sauna. In the sauna it will be a brown colored beautiful heat-treated aspen. Back At the back of the house there is a picturesque outhouse. Firewood storage Wood storage you can see the front of the house. It is a 10 square meter building where there are gaps between the panels for wood to be aerated. Bridge The jetty is about 30 square meters in size with a bathing ladder. On/next to the jetty there are 2 deck chairs that you can sit in and enjoy the view. The Plot The plot is about 7000 square meters in size, of which the lawn is about 1000 square meters. There are raspberry bushes, currant bushes, raspberries, apple trees, plum trees and cherries. However, the fruit trees are only a few years old and have not produced much fruit yet. At the beginning of the plot there is also a flower meadow. The private beach is about 50 meters long and it is possible to launch your own boat of the size of a steering console if you want to bring your own boat

Soludden Eckerö - Bastu med solnedgång vid havet

Mysig liten stuga med öppen planlösning, minikök, gasspis, micro och kylskåp. Två barstolar med möjlighet till att äta frukost inne. En liten sovalkov med dubbelsäng samt separat bastu. Det finns två altaner, den i väst har matbord för 6 personer med en otrolig utsikt över det öppna havet och horisonten. Det finns även en utomhus diskbänk på östra sidans altan samt en gasgrill. En torrtoalett direkt utanför bastun samt ett separat nybyggt dusch och tvätthus samt frystoalett en liten bit bort.

Naturskönt i stuga vid havet

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Underbar klippstrand vid Ålands hav på fasta Ålands sydligaste udde, med Rödhamn och Nyhamn i sikte. Storslagen natur och utsikt. Klippbad i havet, men inte bastu eller brygga. SUP-bräda. Bekvämt med el, rinnande vatten, fiber, luftvärmepump för värme & kyla. Ett stenkast från Herröskatans naturreservat, rik flora och utsiktstorn, vissa fästningsruiner från ryska tiden 1809−1917. Kort promenad dit eller nyttja lånecyklarna. Stadigt ”trädhus”, leksaker.

Small studiohouse (50sqm) by the sea, private beach, panoramic seaview, large terrace. Cozy and quiet place for relaxation for two adults. Fullt equipped kitchen, badroom, wood fired sauna and a fireplace (stove) in the livingroom/kitchen . All year round accommodation. Pieni (50m2) lomakoti meren rannalla. Oma ranta, mahtava merinäköala isolta verannalta. Rentouttava kohde kahdelle aikuiselle. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, kylpyhuone, puulämmitteinen sauna, kamina oloh. Vuoden ympäri asuttava.

Stuga med bastu vid vattnet

Välkommen till vår trivsamma stuga. En plats för avkoppling i lugn och naturskön miljö utan insyn. Stugan har tre sovrum och allrum/kök, perfekt för familjer eller vänner som vill spendera kvalitetstid tillsammans. Tomten är stor med gräsmatta och flera uteplatser perfekt för måltid eller avkoppling. Vid stranden finns vedeldad bastu och privat brygga. Tvåmanskajak och SUP-breda finns att låna för dem som vill utforska sjön från vattnet. Stugan ligger ca. 30 minuter från Mariehamn.

Hus vid havet

Relax with the whole family in our summer house by the sea with access to sauna, wilderness bath, beach, outdoor kitchen and bathing jetty. The house consists of kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. There are beds for seven people and possibly an additional cot can be arranged if needed. On the patios there are dining areas and relaxation opportunities with both a sofa and outdoor TV. Most amenities are available and the kitchen is well equipped.

Boathouse cottage including kayaks, boat and bikes

Welcome to a unique cottage, located right by the sea and only 6 km from the center of Mariehamn. The upper floor features a bedroom and a kitchen/living room with stunning sea views in three directions. The cottage is accessed through a spacious glass-enclosed balcony. On the lower floor, you'll find a bathroom/shower and a sauna with spectacular sea view. Combine your sauna with a refreshing swim! A rowing boat with an outboard motor, two kayaks and two bicycles are included.

Mysig stuga på landet för avkoppling

Varmt välkomna till vår mysiga stuga alldeles bredvid sjön! Här finns möjlighet att njuta av enkelheten, bada från berget och vila i tystnaden. Ni har gratis parkering, tillgång till roddbåt (motor kan hyras) och möjlighet att köpa fiskekort. Stugan har rinnande vatten, spis, ugn samt elektricitet. Det finns utedass samt en utedusch med varmt vatten. Stugan ligger vid änden av en grusväg och på samma gård ligger även vårt hus.

Stockstuga med vacker utsikt över Färjsundet

Vår mysiga stockstuga ligger vid stranden med vacker utsikt över Färjsundet. Stugan är fullutrustad med kök, badrum, kamin och luftvärmepump. Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett loft med två enkla madrasser samt en bäddsoffa. Brygga finns nere vid stranden som är badvänlig samt har båtplats. Fiskekort går att köpa i Godby. Stugan ligger endast 2 km från Godby centrum, ca 16 km från Mariehamn och 9 km från golfbanan.

Egen strand & nybyggd strandbastu för 10, fiske

Egen vik. 200 m privat strand. Vedeldad bastu. 10 bäddar i tre byggnader — utan grannar i syn. På 30 000 m² tomt rullar 5 000 m² gräsmatta ner mot din egen sandstrand. Den 150 m² altanen har matplatser i flera väderstreck — frukost i morgonsol, middag i kvällsljus. Privat brygga, tre roddbåtar, frisbeegolfbana, vedeldad bastu, Weber-grill med rotisseri och elrök för dagens fångst. Snabb fiber-WiFi. Husdjur välkomna.

Stuga med nybyggd vedeldad strandbastu

Stugan ligger vid vattnet och man har fin sjöutsikt med västerläge. Det finns en separat terass där man kan njuta av sommardagarna. Vid stranden finns flytbrygga med badstege. Finns även roddbåt och 2st SUP-brädor som fritt får användas av gästerna. Egen vedeldad strandbastu med terass och solstolar. Ved ingår. Vistelsen inkluderar sängkläder samt handdukar. Darttavla, krocket och kubbspel finns i stugan.
