The area is one of the favorites surrounded by pine trees. It's a new construction, 110 Sq meter apartment on the first floor of a two storie villa, not more than 100 metres walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 50 Sq meter. There is also a 100 Sq meter private garden. The living room and the veranda have a beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing, while your kids can enjoy their playing on the garden.

The guesthouse is located exactly in city center of Shkodra, near all its attractions. Its based in the renovated Blacksmith's workshop of my grandfather. Its offers great comfort with its unique decoration and facilities.
